Aaron Aby

Aaron’s Bsc in Sports Coaching gives him a scientific approach as a coach at IPC.  Having had a successful football career, the pinnacle of which was playing for his country at U18,U17,U16, Aaron began to focus on the sport of MMA, under the watchful eye of his coach and uncle, Julian. 

Aaron was entered into his first amateur fight at the age of 17. Mixing studies and training Aaron proceeded to have his first Semi-Pro MMA fight in 2008 at 18 years of age. Currently Aaron is in the Pro Team at Liverpool MMA Academy under UFC veteran Jason Tan and World Muay Thai Champion Peter Davies.  He currently holds a 8-0 amateur record and in June won his first professional fight held in the Olympia in Liverpool, Aaron also holds a Brazilian Jui Jitsu blue belt under Jason Tan.

In the early summer of 2011 Aaron had the privilege of training at Erik Paulson’s CSW facility in Los Angeles with the Pro Team and has since returned to America in 2013 with Jason Tan to train with Chris Haueter and Eddie Bravo. Aaron is a cystic fibrosis suffer and fights to raise awareness of the condition he will constantly strive to make himself and the others around him better being addicted to improving himself physically, mentally and spiritually. He creates a good positive learning environment and is an ideal coach for our young members.
